By accessing or using CareerWin ("the Service"), operated by Exogram AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

CareerWin is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that analyzes resumes and professional profiles against recruiter hiring signals. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Resume teardown and scoring against five hiring signals
• Career Mirror cross-referencing of resume and LinkedIn data
• AI-driven evidence interviews to strengthen resume claims
• Career audit reports and optimized career material generation
• Job description matching and tailoring

AI-generated outputs are recommendations based on the data you provide. They are not guarantees of employment outcomes.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Authentication is provided through Supabase; your use of authentication is also subject to Supabase's terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate career information
• Not use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated credentials
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the career data you provide and any resume or professional materials you create using the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

CareerWin offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase
• Authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us

Founding Member pricing is guaranteed for as long as you maintain an active subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the Service are owned by Exogram AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the career data and materials you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

AI-generated outputs (rewritten bullets, audit reports, etc.) are provided for your personal and professional use. You may use them freely in your career materials.

7. AI Disclaimer

CareerWin uses Google Gemini and proprietary algorithms to analyze career data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis and recommendations may contain errors or may not be suitable for every situation. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice.

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exogram AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
